The Molex 191640056 Perma-Seal Butt Splice is a high-performance solderless terminal designed for 12–10 AWG wire. Part of the 19164 series, this splice features a closed barrel for secure crimping and a NiAc (nylon adhesive-lined) insulation for enhanced environmental sealing and strain relief. The tin-plated copper contact ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Rated for 600V and operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C, this splice is UL and CSA certified for demanding applications.
